Each child receives complete support, nutritious meals, school uniforms, tuition fees, books, and access to additional coaching whenever needed. We also provide transportation assistance, computer education, and continuous mentoring to help them grow academically, emotionally, and socially, shaping confident, capable, and compassionate individuals for tomorrow.
Fostering equality among children is crucial for their holistic development. We believe in treating all children with equal value, providing access to quality education, healthcare, nutrition, and social support. Every child deserves the chance to thrive, regardless of race, gender, religion, or socioeconomic status.
Education is not just a fundamental right; it is a catalyst for social change. By ensuring that underprivileged children have equal access to education, we want to unlock their potential, promote social mobility, and contribute to the development of a more equitable society.
Beyond education, empowerment involves fostering a sense of self-worth and self-belief in underprivileged children. It means instilling in them the confidence that they have the capacity to overcome challenges, make choices, and shape their own destinies.
It began with one mother’s gratitude.
When Neha Mamtani’s son was accepted into IIT Kanpur, she saw it not just as her family’s success but as a blessing that had to be shared. Out of that feeling of thankfulness grew a quiet promise: to give other children the same chance her son received.
With no building, no funding, and no plan except love, Neha began teaching a few children under a tree near her home. They came from nearby slums, hungry to learn, often on empty stomachs. She taught them, fed them, and slowly, the number grew. What began as one woman’s act of gratitude became a family of 50 + children who now call her “Maa.”
Over the years, that tree turned into a rented room, then into a small home, and finally into a three-storey foundation built with faith, community help, and countless small acts of kindness. Every brick carries a story of someone who believed that change begins with care.
Today, the Harshini Social Welfare Foundation stands as a living symbol of that belief where every child is seen, educated, nourished, and loved.
What began as one mother’s act of gratitude has now become a collective mission, led by a team of compassionate mentors, educators, and professionals who dedicate their time and hearts to shaping young lives.
Together, they ensure that every child not only studies, but grows with care, confidence, and dignity.

Ravi Malviya joined HSWF in 2016 as an 8th-grade student, struggling in studies and direction. Neha Didi encouraged him from day one — guiding him, motivating him, and never giving up. With her support, Ravi went from failing exams to becoming a top student. Seeing his talent in maths, she helped him prepare for JEE Mains and enrolled him in coaching. When he struggled with chemistry, Neha Didi even learned the subject herself to teach him — rebuilding his confidence. Ravi cleared JEE Mains and JEE Advanced, earning admission to a top engineering college. Today, he works as an Assistant Manager at Adani — a journey shaped by his effort and the Foundation’s belief in him.

She joined Harshini Social Welfare Foundation in 2017 as a Class 10 student, unsure about her future and lacking confidence. The foundation supported her with school and college fees, books, clothing, meals, and continuous mentorship. Through every challenge, Neha Didi encouraged her to believe in herself and stay committed to her studies. With this steady guidance, she completed her B.Com, B.Ed, and M.Com — achievements she once thought out of reach. Today, she serves as a teacher at Jawaharlal Nehru School, Govindpura — guiding students with the same care and confidence the foundation once gave her.
